"Maddy was OUTSTANDING for our wedding day.
We actually scouted Maddy out at a friends wedding and we saw her in action. She was the go to person for questions & she kept the night going smoothly and in the right direction. As guests, we noticed and appreciated that so much that we knew we needed her for our big day.
Maddy met with us months before the wedding, gave us recommendations, meet with us at the venue & constantly checked in with us months prior to the wedding.
Maddy provided a detailed timeline of how the day would flow based off of everything I stated we wanted. She was always on top of it with any plans changing last minute.
For example, a week before my wedding my grandfather got in a fatal accident and was hospitalized. We informed her of the situation and she was great and changing the timeline last minute to accommodate the time for us to visit him in the hospital. This wa so sentimental to us and she made it painless.
Also the day of the wedding, the caters showed up a hour late and she already had a game plan of how to adjust the night.
She was a dream come true. She handled everything so flawlessly. My whole family was able to sit back and enjoy the day and not get lost in taking care of the random things.

Maddy is a LIFE SAVER! She was incredibly helpful throughout the whole planning and day of process. I truly don't think I would have survived planning a wedding without her! She was easy going even with my very last minute changes. I don't think there was one moment where I was stressed out or overwhelmed thanks to Maddy! You would have thought she had an entire team behind her, because she really went above and beyond for myself and my entire family, and insured everything went smoothly. “ Maddy helped me with my wedding in September 2023, she was fabulous. Leading up to the day she made my day of timeline which was very helpful, she was available to give me advice when I worried about how things would look for the food table. She showed up early at our getting ready venue and took video as we were getting ready, which turned out beautiful! It was so nice to have since I have to wait for my photographer to send me the remainder of the photos. The day of she worked tirelessly to get everything done and set up before our ceremony start time and it looked beautiful! She was so kind to tear down our outdoor decorations for us when we went in for dancing and near the end of the night when guests started to head home she was wonderful and reassured me that just because some people made the choice to leave did not detract from my day and encouraged me to stay and celebrate as long as me and my now husband wanted to. Overall she was just wonderful to work with and so kind, I highly recommend Maddy to anyone looking for a coordinator. “

“We are so glad we found Maddy to be our Day of Coordinator for our wedding. She went above and beyond to help us find and book the rest of our vendors, which was really helpful since we weren't from the area. We also had a few major snags in our planning including our venue possibly needing to change a few weeks prior and our photographer canceling the day before. The moment she found out about our photographer she dropped everything and found us several options within the hour. Once the day arrived she was exactly what we all needed. Everything ran incredibly smooth and all our stress was lifted because we knew someone was there to handle everything.
